Justin Bieber has been officially charged with vandalism for the graffiti he painted in Brazil without permission. According to E! Online, the pop star’s camp claims that he was given permission to paint a specific wall but he decided that the neighborhood was ” too dangerous” and chose another random wall to paint instead. Bieber won’t be arrested for his crime, but a judge is examining the evidence and will determine how much he owes some 30 plus days from now.
