most of the watchers did not like this performance.on the other hand they have to dance like that in order to get the points from the judges. contrary to social salsa, judges gives the points especially whether the partners still can dance with the fast music,judging laws have caused this to some extent.for example my most favourite performer o.pineda; he won the title many times,but i dont like competition careographies,his social salsa is far better.the competition laws must be changed.

aveces la gente que tiene poco en la salsa o lamusica caribeña se ofende de un solo comentario que uno hace pero yo pienso que es 1 por que apenas empezo en esto, 2 no sabe, 3 o solo es de padres latinos y ellos son nacidos en otro pais que no es latino y lo quieren adoptar,( y no es malo al contrario) pero bailar salsa o cualquier ritmo caribeño no cualquiera y tu comentario esta muy bien eso de bailador y bailarín.

La musica es solo una, eso de salsa colombiana, salsa argentina, salsa esto y aquello le resta importancia a la esencia del arte musical. El merengue practicamente desaparecio porque a todo lo que salia le llamaban merengue y se desviaron del ritmo. Las competencias carecen de carisma y naturalidad porque las reglas del concurso limitan a los participantes. A la bachata la estan destruyendo con nuevas adaptaciones y lo peligroso de esto es que en el futuro nadie va a recordar la original.
Tienes razon en tus comentarios y son muy acertados. no es por quitarle merito ellos tienen lo suyo el problema es que quitando los movimientos de gimnastas lo demas mi abuelita lo puede hacer mejor con todo y artritis. Deberian separar las competencias por categorias pues hay miles que bailan mejor pero no pueden volar por los aires. En el baile social se disfruta mas. En el baile ha pasado como en las artes marciales prefieren el exhibicionismo a solamente bailar.
Why do you feel that you have to dance to fast?? Seems that every competition is always like, don’t get me wrong this is great but would like to see it slowed down a little so it doesn’t look so rushed. And yes I danced salsa for many years.
